Omg, this place is heaven-sent! My iPhone 16 screen randomly turned white. Kyle was able to assist me. He was absolutely amazing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my phone fixed within an hour. I’m beyond grateful for his help. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prompt throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone—excellent service all around!
Had an amazing experience. Had a battery replaced in an iphone and about to go back and have another battery replaced on another iPhone. Would highly recommend using them. They were very professional, courteous, and I felt very good and comfortable with them making the repairs to the phone. I would highly recommend them to repair your phone. Update: Just had them work on my second iphone and had the same amazing service on 01/04/2026. Highly recommend!!!
I brought my iPhone 16 Pro to CPR after it suffered water damage, and I’m so glad I did. After initially hearing that the issue was likely a motherboard issue and would need to have the entire phone replace, I was grateful that John was incredibly kind and patient the entire time, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The repair was done quickly and at a very fair price, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Huge thanks to John and the team at CPR—highly recommend for honest, timely, and affordable service.
They walked me through every single step which was not just out of the ordinary but also helped a tech challenged person like me be relieved that when your cellphone doesn’t work they are here to help! I came from TMobile and ended up needing my screen changed. This was the nearest place I could claim insurance for it and had the same day fix! They even stayed in the shop longer to wait for me as I messed up the apple pw I should have a memory for but do not. Highly recommended!! Very professional, kind and efficient store to get your cellphone repaired or fixed.
