WARNING DO NOT GO HERE, Had to take ps5 to another repair place after ps5 lost connection upon inspection other store claims cpr did a quick fix worse soldering job he's seen in the last 5 years on these systems said it was improperly done. Going to have my lawyer reach out to make a small claims on this frustrating situation and poorly done job within 4 months shouldn't be needing a second repair specially when the system never moves.
I went to CPR because I had problems using my cell phone & Misty was so kind & informative in helping me to figure out what I was doing wrong. Because of her I will tell everyone I know about your store & how much she helped me to figure out my phone.
Extraordinary service resulting in successful resolution when I came to the shop reporting random/spontaneous problems with the connection of my Apple iPhone to Apple CarPlay in my vehicle. Technician Teigen (sp) systematically checked all the possible causes of this obscure problem ruling out possible causes as she investigated. I highly recommend CPR phone repair and the excellent services of Teigen
10/10 best shop in STL. Shipping takes forever because FedEx is off their game, but the repair turnaround rivals Jimmy John's and the repair quality is the equivalent of taking your beat down 2003 Ford Focus in for a tune up and receiving a Ferrari at pickup. You'd be hard pressed to find a repair shop with better customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would argue these technicians are the best in the city, if not the state. I cannot thank you enough! You saved my life!
This is literally the best repair shop I've ever been to in my entire life. Not a single one star review on here is legit, it's all salty people. These guys know what they're doing. They had to order parts for my repair and, while the shipping did take forever (over a week because FedEx is HORRIBLE), they were able to get my phone fixed the same day the parts arrived! If they don't have what you need in stock, trust me it is worth the wait!!!! DO NOT GO TO THE MALL TO GET YOUR STUFF FIXED!! I LOVE CPR IN CRESTWOOD WOOOOOOOOOO
