I really like this business. Very knowledgeable regarding the issue I was having with my iPhone 12 Pro which was related to a severed cable between the phone screen and the phone base. Unfortunately the fix was not able to be done due to the location of the severed part of the cable. Regardless they were very helpful in presenting viable options that I may do going forward. Even more impressive and telling of the kind of business and customer service they provide was they refunded the standard diagnostic fee without me even asking because they were not able to repair my phone which was of no fault of theirs. This will 100% be my "go to" store for anything Phone, Tablet, etc. related.
My mom and I went in on the 18th a little after 10am. Alex was the one that assisted us at the counter. My mom asked Alex if he could fix my Xbox series S. He assured my mom that he could fix it, he said that it may take some time depending on how busy they were, but that was okay. My mom paid a small portion down and he said she could pay the rest when she came to pick it up. At 11:55 am my mom got a call from Alex, and he said that he was done fixing the game console and that she could pick up any time while they are open. She went and picked it up two days later, since we live a little ways away from there, and everything was in great condition and i was happy that I had my Xbox back! Fehren helped me fix my iPhone 14 Pro Max! Apple claimed it had water damage, so I ended up buying an iPhone 16 Plus. Whatever, but I still wasn’t happy that my iPhone 14 Pro Max wasn’t working… After some time and research, I found this place and I had a lengthy discussion with Fehren about how the phone is special to me (I got it when I was at Incirlik Air Base - Active Duty USAF SF,) and how that phone has been though Hell and back with me. I wasn’t going to settle with an aftermarket screen, I needed my iPhone 14 Pro Max to be as “Apple as can be.” She fixed it up in less than an hour and it’s all good to go right now. She confirmed there was no water damage, and that I have a lifetime warranty with them. I’m very happy with her service. I worked at the Cricket store here in Colville, so I will definitely be referring my customers to this store. I have a huge box of her business cards, so I am going to have zero issue handing them out to my customers here in Colville if anyone has cell phone issues. I have complete trust and faith in Fehren and her coworkers at this cell phone repair store. I’m a hardline and hardcore Apple fan, I’ll never even think about using anything else. But when it comes to repairs, if Apple themselves can’t do it, CPR Cell Phone Repair (Spokane North) can do it. I wish I would have asked for a battery exchange while I was at it, since it’s at %83. That’s my fault. I still have to test the speakers and all else while I have it. But the fact that it turns on, goes full bright screen, and everything so far is checking out, I’m really happy. I undoubtably recommend this store and this service! Thank you!
