I rarely leave reviews but credit where credit is due. I needed to buy s specific product for a very special bday gift. Craft Cellars outdid themselves, continued tracking and following , beyond fast delivery and literally no hassle whatsoever. I recommend them 1000%. I'll definitely purchase again from them.
Everyone is super helpful, have been getting wines and liquor from here for our business already for over 4 years... never disappoints.. hats off guys....
I don't live in Calgary anymore, but I still stop in here when I'm in town as they have a great selection of wines and spirits. Online ordering is easy. I also used to attend the in-person tasting events, which never disappointed. The other day, I came in to pick-up an online order (which I had not received the "It's Ready to Pick up" email), hoping by chance it was ready. It was not. Nor should it have been. But Nicole went above and beyond to get my order ready as I was passing through town and wouldn't be back for a while. She could have easily said, Sorry, no it's not ready. But she made an extra effort to ensure I was a VERY happy customer. Keep up the awesome work, Nicole!
Their free whisky tasting events are so fun and awesome with a plethora of whisky to try. Their selection of everything from liquor to wine is vast and international too! Service is amazing.
What a wonderful shop! I came in looking for Scotch and I wasn't disappointed. The selection is overwhelming in all of the right ways. Be sure to spend time with Shane. I really enjoyed listening to his picks, suggestions, and learning about his travels. A must stop if you're into Scotch.
