I bought a special edition KitchenAid mixer for my wife for Christmas. The description clearly states it comes with two mixing bowls. I did not receive one of the bowls. They stated that it was a miscommunication on the website. I tried to correct them and say that it was a mistake that your company made, but they were hearing none of that. So their company made a mistake and they refused to make it right for the customer. Will definitely not be going back.
Working with Katarina was an absolute pleasure. Her impeccable taste, warm personality, and dedication truly set her apart. She listened, offered thoughtful design ideas, and went out of her way to help me create exactly what I had in mind. Thank you, Katarina—you made the entire process effortless.
Susan walked up to me and helped me with the coffee machine. I thought she was shopping there but then she introduced herself and helped with a list of my soon to be home in Summerlin. Susan excelled over and beyond with customer service skills. Susan attended to the needs and emailed the list of furniture I hand picked. I definitely recommend you go in there and specifically ask for Susan Saul. She is amazing! And a designer at heart!! I came out the store knowing money well spent here. By the way, the store will send a complimentary crew to your house to do measurements so they make sure what you buy will fit. I love it!
This store offers the advantage of proximity to parking, but its environment is somewhat stark, and most of the staff interactions have lacked genuine engagement. Additionally, there have been instances of unnecessary waits for service at the checkout, even when there were unoccupied registers and staff members engaged in conversation. It's a convenient option for picking up specific items like glassware, but the atmosphere and service level do not encourage leisurely browsing. To improve the customer experience, focusing on a more welcoming environment and more attentive service from the staff would be beneficial.
This was my first time visiting, and over Memorial Day Weekend at that. They had some excellent deals going on! The staff was super attentive and I was approached multiple times by several staff members ready to assist. CB is known for their beautiful pieces, and they did not disappoint. With furniture and accessories for inside and outside the home, it’s easy to get lost in thought about how beautiful and special your home can feel with just one of these pieces. Looking forward to my next visit!
