I drove over an hour go to Crate and Barrel and left without buying anything. I looked for a sales associate almost for 20 minutes because I had a hard time locating the items I wanted to get. There wasn’t even one single associate working on the sales floor. Nothing against to the employees working there but the company should make sure there are enough employees working on a busy Sunday.
I had a fantastic experience at Crate & Barrel in Mayfair thanks to a staff member named Andrea. I was searching for a few items for my home to spruce things up for the holidays but oddly enough I couldn't find what I was looking for. I randomly ended up pulling her aside and she knew exactly where it was and guided me right to it. She was kind, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. Her service really stood out and made my visit a five star experience. Not to mention the store is incredibly clean and has tons of great inventory. I will definitely be back!
One of the employees helped placed an order that would get delivered to my house because the item was not in store. A week pass by without any shipping information and/or delivery so I called the store. I was put on hold for almost an hour while employee was searching for the order. Then I was told I will get a call back since they are little busy but never got any call back the same day or any day after. I called customer service and was told my order was cancelled by someone in the store because the item is not in the store. The whole reason I placed an order to get shipped to my house was because it was not in stock at that location. No one ever called or emailed to inform me.
I can not say enough about Crate and Barrel. There customer service is top of the line. We have bought several pieces of furniture with them and are very pleased. High quality, great customer service. Will definitely continue to shop with them.
Spacious, well-stocked, and clean—this Crate & Barrel is one of the better home stores in the area. Solid mix of modern furniture, kitchenware, and home decor. Staff is helpful and knows the product lines well. Easy to browse, and they make pickup or delivery simple. Prices are what you’d expect—on the higher end—but the quality backs it up. Top Tom Tip: Use the free in-store design services. It’s a smart way to get fresh ideas without committing to anything.
