We made reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. The waitress Queen was very knowledgeable and nice. I ordered catfish and grits with Cajun sauce and a side of Cajun fried rice. The food was piping hot when it came out. It was so flavorful. The grits were the perfect consistency and the fish was fried hard just like I like it. The fried rice was good too. I would definitely eat here again when visiting the city.
Visited for brunch and the food and service from Mimi made up for the hour wait even with a reservation. Mimi was a delight from the moment she walked up to my table to take my order, 10/10 recommendations and the overall atmosphere at the restaurant was simply amazing. The drinks … another 10/10, the croffles were simply out of this world! I’ll book another plane ticket just to eat those again. I very much enjoyed the crab cakes and cajun rice. I will definitely be back and a must stop for anyone visiting!
I came to Crescent City Kitchen to celebrate my birthday with my homegirls and I must say it was one of the best brunch spots I’ve EVER been to! The ambiance was great, food was nothing short of amazing, and the staff were so friendly. Erica and Shell were so helpful because I just could not decide what I wanted to order and what they recommended was a 10/10! I had the crab cake hash, croffle flight, and voodoo egg rolls. Baby my stomach full and my heart is happy! Yall have to visit them and ask for Erica and Shell. You WONT regret it!
The atmosphere is nice & service is 10/10! Javonte is our server & I would definitely be looking for him the next time I come in. Ms. Jazz came and checked on us several times as well. We tried voodoo & soul rolls(both were so good & I do not like sweet potatoes) the voodoo grits are prob the best grits I’ve ever had. Fried chicken is good. Fried lobster & salmon bites 10/10.
Amazing! Everything and everyone in this place is amazing. The food was fresh, full of flavor and cooked with love. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Matt is the best. We started at the bar waiting for a table but Matt's energy/vibe kept us right there with him. He made the best drinks had great food suggestions and kept us entertained. If you haven't been go ahead and plan to visit. I will be back next time I'm in town. Shout out to the cooks for doing an amazing job.
