This place is the best! I've been using cresco for well over a decade and always their level is service has been top always. I used to deal with Paul Jones before his passing and he was such an amazing person (top quality in customer service and experience) before his passing that after he passed I stuck with the company in my loyalty. I am happy that I have because to this day they are still living up and even exceeding my expectations. My most recent experience I had to order some fittings for my excavator (which I had purchased used from Cresco a few years back) and was helped by a wonderful woman who i am embarrassed to admit I forgot her name i want to say Christine (so sorry). Either way she was able to help me get what I needed quickly and reasonably. She even made a special trip to the supply house to make sure that I got what I needed the next morning early. I was so grateful for that and this level of service is the type of level that you can expect when you come here. I am a life long customer of theirs for their customer service alone! Hard to find these days unless you are here at cresco (oakland and the surrounding stores as a whole!)
They had the tool I needed at a fair price. What more can you ask? 🤑🤑
On a whim saved me hundreds of dollars and a days worth of time. Last minute sunstate told me the equipment I needed was unavailable. Cresco saved the day within the hour. I will absolutely look to this company first if I need a rental.
Rented an air scrubber for a water leak job and everything went smooth. The person that assisted with the rental, Kristine, did a great job setting things up and making it easy to make the equipment pickup and dropoff. Thanks
They're ok if you don't mind coming back every time one of their tools stops working also make sure you check the floor strippers before renting they never work
