I had a really great time at Detroit Grand today. My Artist, Cass, was very knowledgeable and professional, and everyone in the shop was very nice. I wanted my tattoo to mainly look like it was carved by hand, and she went above and beyond to make sure i got what i wanted, looks awesome! There's a very relaxing, vintage feel you get from here that I haven't quite experienced anywhere else. Will definitely be returning to Cass for a lot more work in the future!
Grace did an amazing job fixing another artist's botched work from another shop. I am so Happy with her work!! 💓 I loved her customer service and determination to make me like my Tattoo.
Kevin is awesome! He was able to cover up a horrible fading tattoo of mine and he's also done 2 of my other tattoos. I love all of them and amazed at the work and detail put into it! Kevin's always made me feel comfortable and took good care of me when I started to feel sick towards the end of a long session.
Started off as a google search, chose this place because of the proximity to my job and good reviews. I first went in for a consult, the place was very clean and Kevin gave me honest feedback about my tattoo ideas and even gave me ideas on what to research to make it something I really loved. I never felt rushed to pick and he mentioned many times that since this was gonna be on my body forever, he wanted it done right, as did I. The appointment itself went very smooth, I was comfortable for the entire process. Kevin kept me distracted with conversation and comedy shows to make a long session seem not so bad. Would definitely go back here and recommend others to do so.
