So sweet and so nice! Helped exponentially with my worries of my fur baby! Made me feel like I was doing everything I could to help my kitty and helped me help her further. Very accommodating to my kitty that doesn’t like strangers also. Good calm environment. They love animals and it shows in everything
They all are friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, patient. We've recommended them many times since we've been using them for our cats (about 5 years & 3 cats). They ARE BETTER (in our opinion) than other local vet offices.
Having a fur baby that doesn’t feel well, on top of the financial burden, is stressful enough! Add to it, trying to find a GOOD vet, out of hundreds on Google and then getting a recommendation to Crossroads…Hands down the best pet hospital I’ve ever taken my Pug too. I knew when my dog wagged his tail from the moment we walked into the lobby, that his lack of anxiety was a good thing! And then on top of that, the doctor actually working with me, with my financial budget, to still be able to help my dog. Truly was a blessing, after a stressful week! I’ll be back with my other dog soon!
Very pleased with our overall experience. Everyone was super helpful and kind to our aged dog, from the front desk, Claire (VT) and Dr. Rollence. The cost of the visit was very reasonable and we really liked the common sense approach advised by Dr. Rollence. We're already seeing incredible improvement, for which we are immensely grateful. Our dogs' quality of life has jumped from a 1/10 to a 6/10.
My whole family has been coming to crossroads for years and have never been disappointed. This is cognac and Manhattan and they always take care of them. Cognac was scheduled for hernia surgery today and the doctor took the time to call us and let us know his hernia is healing on his own. Most people wouldn’t go above and beyond like this. They would just take the $1,000 and do the surgery. I will never stop recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you crossroads for taking care of our fur babies.
