I sold some of my old clothes there the staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend them and they have a very nice selection of clothes
Good consignment store, but it is nickel’s on the dollar. Received cash same day I sold my items. If you need to sell right away they could help. They will give you estimate value of your items before you sell them. Great vintage items for sale! The most money for your item will be thru your own personal selling, ebaye, etc.
I sold clothes here several years ago and always found them to be reasonable and courteous. Recently came in with multiple full bags of clothes. Only one person on sign in list ahead of me but after waiting 20 minutes and seeing no change in the list (and no one processing sellers), I asked if they knew when they might get to me. I was told about 20 minutes. Headed out to run quick errand knowing I'd get a text. Less than 5 minutes after I left, I get a text they are ready for me so had to turn right around. After reviewing my clothes, the buyer calls me and says they will not take anything because not the brands they are looking for. Really? I reviewed their list of preferred brands and I had multiple items including those brands, all in great condition. I then had to return 3 heavy bags back to my car in multiple trips as I could not carry everything or park nearby. Even though I was clearly struggling, none of their multiple employees offered to assist. To top it off, when I returned home and resorted the clothes, I noted that they did not return a purse I had included in one of my bags. So no only did they not buy anything, they actually kept one of my items without compensating me! Inconsiderate, dishonest and apathetic. No need to waste more time on this store!
Very dishonest company. An employee took all clothes about 200 articles & bought 1 shirt for $7. He/they declined to buy my good quality, some brands clothes. He/they gave me a choice to take it home or he can take my donations. I gave him all clothes & he said Purple Heart will pick up. This is how they bait you. Come to think of it, I should have taken clothes home & have garage sale & maybe can make at least $50. They got all good clothes & paid less than $7. All clothes there are similar to my clothes. Greedy company🤮😂🤮
This is one of the best store you can bring in your items to sell, Workers are very friendly and they will buy according to the condition and brand name , You cannot tell the difference between the manager and the staff Pay out are 30% of the store pricing They also consign items if you have your high-end luxury items 50% to 75% pay out I will recommend this store over and over again crossroads trading is one of the best place you can sell your items.
