CRUfit en Oakland ofrece ciclismo/spin, remo en interiores, TRX y clases de fitness generales dirigidas por instructores apasionados y bien informados. El gimnasio es elogiado por una comunidad acogedora y solidaria, enfoques de entrenamiento basados en la ciencia y bicicletas con medidores de potencia para medir el esfuerzo. Desde 2017 se ha formado una comunidad de fitness muy activa en el Este de la Bahía, lo que ha convertido a CRUfit en un referente para ciclismo y remo.

Great classes! They offer a range of cycling/spin, rowing, TRX, and general fittness classes. CRUfit hires quality instructors with a passion for exercise and deep knowledge of their trade. The gym is welcoming and supportive. Spin classes follow science-based training approaches, so we work hard and have fun. The bikes have power meters so you can train with intent and know how hard you are really working. CRUfit has built a committed community of athletes.
Been working out at CRUfit since 2017. Wonderful staff, instructors, facilities, and equipment. It also offers a supportive and entertaining community of other clients as well as the staff. Best cycling and rowing gym in the East Bay, by far!
I’ve been taking the indoor rowing classes for several years now and I love it. There is a real sense of community at the gym; people know each other’s names and sign birthday cards etc. I love the workouts—they’re great for cardio and muscles!
I have been a CruFit member since Mark & Mia opened it. I consider it and their staff a fantastic place for what I need in a gym for rowing workouts and training.
This place definitely needs thread mills, steppers and ellipticals yo! I know they have tonnes of bikes but don't advertise gym time if you don't even have the very basic machines but you're stocked with other super hi-tech ones and maybe only weights. Otherwise not too bad a neighborhood gym for regular workouts and definitely try their cycle classes especially the ones at the patio.
