Anyone who is looking at the reviews to see if this gym is a good place, don't go here and save yourself the trouble. Ignore the good reviews about this place and just listen to mine. I've been to several gyms in the past and this one honestly has to be one of the worst. First thing I have noticed and not just with me, but other people i've known who went to this gym is how huge of a scam it is. They will charge you way more than what you plan on paying for your membership and won't do anything about it when you ask them to fix it. They will just be stuck up and cocky and useless. Whenever you try to cancel your membership they will tell you to send an email and you they won't even cancel it until way later, so that they can get more money out of your membership. The gym equipment is okay at best, it's no different than other gyms that offer way more with the same pay or less. Also, charging $80-90 as a enrollment fee for the base membership is so stupid, that is way too high for just a base. So many other gyms that are way better have a few way cheaper than that. It's not that i can't afford it, if the gym was worth it, then i wouldn't be complaining, but it's not. Also, most of the employees are huge creeps and just stare at the women who walk in and workout out. I can always overhear them talking so lustful about women and it disgusts me. I was considering bringing my son to the gym with me, but after experiencing it, I will definitely be switching to a gym that is worth the buck with more to offer than that awful gym.
I came in to see a trainer back in 2022 lol he was very rude I don’t remember his name but omgg I had the worst experience with that dude. Dude told me I had a body of a 50 year old and during the work out I’m not going to say what happened but insane he really had me going into some very intense work out instead of having me do some basic work out. I’ve been going to the Y so far and I’ve had better experiences with them! I don’t think I’ll be seeing them or their trainers after what I went thru with that one dude he was very rude too.
I'm so tired of the filth that I endure, when I use their hydromassage. This is an ongoing thing and I finally decided to make a post about it. If I don't bring in my own chair, then I have to have them hunt one down for me. They have made attempts at putting a chair in there, but someone is always removing it. I've thought about bringing my own sheet to lay on, but if I come several days in a week then the laundry piles up. Buying pads to lay on would get expensive. I'm totally frustrated with the filth and no chair situation, but I endure because I need the massage. Posting publicly to bring awareness to this.
I’m leaving this review to share my experience with the membership process. I canceled my membership trial within the three-business-day window outlined in the contract, yet my card continued to be billed afterward. I’ve attempted to resolve the issue directly with the location and through email but have not yet received a correction or refund. The lack of follow-through and professionalism in handling something this straightforward has been extremely disappointing. I would advise others to avoid this location to prevent similar issues.
This is a very nice, well maintained, and clean facility! However, I noticed that one of the legs machines is still in disrepair over a month later. I’m like how they have digital class around the place so you can determine the timing of your workouts. They also have enough rooms for various classes.
