I love Crunch @ White Station!! The staff is amazing and always willing to help. I love the entire staff, they always make me feel welcome but Jade and Bill are my fav. Keep up the good work!!
If you take fitness seriously and expect to attend most days even holidays this is not the gym to be at. I suggest Club4Fitness, Crunch Fitness is closed even on the Eves. They should really add a QR Scanner at the entrance for anyone trying to enter when the employees aren't there (like CLUB4FITNESS and ATC). Other than that the people are alright, its get pretty packed not a-lot of space to work out at times but its a good gym for beginners.
Was down visiting my daughter and needed a place to work out for a few days. This gym is awesome. Great culture, well maintained equipment and a welcoming, helpful staff that greeted everyone like family on Thanksgiving morning. Y'all are bad asses! Thank you!!!
I had an amazing experience at Crunch Fitness White Station! Reggie, Kaitlyn (hope I spelled that right!), and Brian were incredibly helpful with switching my membership. They were patient, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around — thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this location!
This place is very shady. They tried to make me pay a yearly & monthly fee ($80) during the free trial before I even started the official membership. They didn’t have a manager there to cancel & tried to say they’d reimburse me later. The general manager, Seema, lied to me about a promotion that was never given. The personal trainer also canceled my session 2 hours prior AFTER I PAID & no one called. I was notified via email. These gyms will try to scam you. THEY WON’T EVER GET A SINGLE DIME FROM ME! Not to mention the facility lacks basic equipment. If you like doing arms/back workouts & simply lifting, you might enjoy it. If you do anything else, especially core, they have little to nothing to offer. The equipment is also old & damaged to the point where it’s not conventional to use. Also to mention, the manager interrupted the worker on my tour because she assumed he wasn’t doing a good job when he was doing just fine. Just to try to scam me by the end of the tour. Do better, Crunch, & hold your staff accountable.
