Kelly is so accommodating and this place is absolutely amazing! Audrey is my new go-to when I’m here! She talked me through my first Cryo session and she’s right, it’s addicting! I absolutely love it and have returned every week since I started. I’ve also been doubling down and doing a 20 minute red light therapy session too, highly recommend. Will definitely be getting a membership here and continuing my healing journey!! xo
I had an amazing experience at Cryo1one! I am a regular with the full body cryo and today I tried the BioCharger, and Vibe bed. I left feeling energized, refreshed, and balanced. These are services support overall health benefits. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is so positive. I love their redesign of facilities. Amazing. I strongly recommend for anyone looking to boost their health and recovery!
A received a gift card for Cryo1one and didn’t know much about the services. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions. Great first time full body cryo experience and will definitely be going back.
My recent visit to Cryo1one was very relaxing! They had remodeled since I had been there last and it looked amazing! Each room/area was laid out well and each were well appointed and super clean and tidy. The staff is always very nice and accommodating and the services I utilized that day were wonderful......a nice, calming dry salt therapy, whole body cryotherapy and the rapid reboot compression boots. Great way to spend a couple hours!! Highly recommend this place for the staff and all the services!
Cryo1 has always been my support system, my therapy, my zen, my key to wellness, the vibe my mind, body, and soul need. Kelly and Lars and Audrey, the entire staff CARE about your wellness, recovery, and future health. 5 stars or more not because it's a cool spot but, BECAUSE it WORKS for ME. Don't knock it until you try it!
