⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered a gender reveal cake and there was a mix-up with the filling color, but the moment I called, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They fixed the mistake immediately and had a brand-new cake ready for me in just 30 minutes! They were so kind and professional, and even refunded both cakes without me asking. Mistakes happen, but their customer service was truly exceptional. I really appreciate how fast and understanding they were. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
Absolutely incredible! Every cupcake is a hit—perfectly moist yet light and fluffy. The frosting is just right: rich without being too heavy. The lemon cupcake is my favorite—they absolutely nail the flavor. Hands down, the best cupcakes in Lincoln.
I’m really disappointed with how far this place has fallen off. This used to be my favorite spot for cupcakes, but the last few times I’ve visited, the quality just hasn’t been there. Several flavors—including the cherry cheesecake, wedding cake, and princess—were dry and lacked the moistness I used to love. The carrot cake was so soggy it tasted underdone. What surprised me most was the owner’s response after I shared my feedback with an employee. She actually called me, but instead of trying to make it right, she told me nothing had changed with the recipe and maybe the ovens just needed calibrating. No offer to replace the cupcakes or even a simple apology. In my experience, a caring owner would have at least offered a refund or replacement to make things right. Unfortunately, it doesn’t feel like customer satisfaction is a priority here anymore. My family and I will take our business elsewhere. I decided to check and sure enough the owner changed around the time I started having a poor experience here. FYI, Maybe you are over mixing your batter and it’s not the oven.
I only wanted one cupcake and was recommended the white chocolate raspberry flavor. It was so good, and not as sweet as I thought, which I so appreciate. The girl who served me provided excellent customer service as well. There were about a dozen flavors available, so I'll definitely have to return to try the rest. 🧁
I HIGHLY recommend booking Cupcakes & More for your wedding or next event! We ordered mini cupcakes for our guests to enjoy and then a smaller 2-tiered cake for my husband and I to do the traditional "cake cutting" with. Our tasting with Cupcakes & More blew my husband and I away; their flavors were exceptional and the option to make cakes gluten and/or dairy free was a huge WIN for my guests. Many of them were raving about how delicious the cupcakes were and about how special it was for them to have a dessert they could enjoy within their dietary restrictions. We rented the gold tiered displays for our cupcakes and one of the most exciting benefits to this bakery is that they make for you a fresh new cake on your 1 year anniversary (a replica of your wedding cake so you don't have to save your old cake in the freezer).
