I've been here a few times now and each time I get outstanding service. Cynthia and Julie have both helped me out with both normal and strange requests, and have done a great job at a reasonable price. While I was being helped, I saw longtime customers come through the doors and get greeted by name. A business that keeps customers around like that deserves support!
Went in because the spring bar on my watch band broke, and Julie fixed it within minutes by replacing the spring bar free of charge even after I offered to pay for her valuable service. While I haven’t had the chance to see her custom jewelry work, if this small act is any reflection of her craftsmanship, I know I’ll be in great hands. Julie was welcoming, helpful, and kind, and her thoughtful gesture honestly made my day. Next time I need custom jewelry, I’ll definitely be going to her. Thanks, Julie!
AMAZING CRAFTSMANSHIP! And fantastic rapport with customers! I cannot recommend Custom Jewelers of Richardson enough! This business is a family legacy and woman owned! I had a custom engagement ring made for my fiancé, and I felt very safe and respected by the owners and her family. A big shoutout to Julie the owner for making my vision come to life just through looking at the sketches I gave them. My fiancé's engagement ring came out even better than I imagined! Lesbian friendly! I'm calling on my local LGBTQ+ community to support these amazing jewelers and metalsmiths!
I had a bracelet that needed a simple repair (after trying myself a couple of times) and brought it here given some prior positive experiences - Julie was amazing and fixed it within 5 mins as I was standing there! She did great work, and I’ll definitely be back for future fixes!
Julie is amazing! We went in with an existing ring that we wanted to reset and customize. She talked us through the entire process and even gave us additional ideas on design options. The CAD designs she uses are very realistic and look like they could just be photos. She is extremely professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. We know we can trust her with every piece of jewelry we own. We are so happy with how the ring turned out and can’t wait to work with her again! Thank you, Julie!!
