I honestly love this place, flowers are always the best!! I've tried other places for the same price they are much better...Delivery is always on time...
I am so disappointed with the $130 spent today… pictures look nothing like what was online. If flowers were unavailable, I should have been contacted!
A great place to pickup or get flowers for a special someone in your life on her special day, especially when you know what you want, and at a great price$$! I had them add the hydrangeas and a Happy Birthday ballon, perfect price.
I drove there and got there at 5 :31, their hours say 6:30, but when I went there they had a paper on the door sayinh they closed at 5:30 . Fine that's okay. The only thing is that when I went there , the doors were locked , and the lady told me from inside that they were closed. Fine. I wanted to ask her if her other locations were closed , so I tried to call, but she said she couldn't answer the phone, I tried to call three times simply to ask at 5:32 , 2 minutes after the officially closed, if your other locations were open or not. She was literally watching me 10 ft away, and I was just trying to ask one simple question to save me an hour of driving. You want to act like a robot? Fine two stars for you. Never going to visit your store again because you guys act like a robot , I wasn't asking to go inside the store, i didn't need to buy anything , all I wanted to do was to know if I could drive 20 minutes to another location if they were open.
My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend and asked if I could pick them up so I did. I was not impressed. The flowers had missing petals and it had gaps in the arrangement. The center rose was even torn. I tried to help my son rearrange them so they look decent but he definitely will not be purchasing from here again.
