D Master Roofing had completed roof replacements on several houses in our neighbourhood, so they were highly recommended to us by our neighbours. When contacted for an estimate, D Master Roofing provided us with a very competitive quote and explained how and why their installation process was superior. During every step of the process, they took drone pictures of my roof - before, during and after installation completion, so that we can see the level of efforts and details that were put into the installation. Those pictures gave us a very high level of confidence that the job was done properly with quality materials and excellent workmanship. Also, we found that the D Master work crew was very professional, courteous and accommodating to our requests. We were very pleased that the installation went smoothly without any delay, and were very excited to see our new roof as we know it will last many, many years to come. We like to thank D Master Roofing for a quality job well done, and we will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and families.

After getting quotes from several companies, we ultimately chose D Master Roofing. Before contacting them, we checked out some reviews and found them quite positive. When they came for the estimate, the quotation and project details were explained very clearly. Before signing the contract, any questions we had were promptly answered, either through text or detailed phone explanations. After signing, they quickly scheduled the replacement work. The construction team was efficient and completed the job on time. Although there was a small issue during the process, once we contacted the owner, he immediately had the workers redo and fix it, showing great responsibility and supervision. Since we’re not experts in roofing, we had many questions about the details after completion. Fortunately, the owner was very responsive and patiently addressed all our concerns, which gave us peace of mind. The day after completion, the owner personally came to inspect the work — an extra layer of quality assurance and customer confidence!
I had D Masters Roofing replace my roof two weeks ago. Their price point was fair and reasonable, but beyond that, their integrity earned my trust and recommendation. Their representative, Wesley, visually guided us through every step, from a visual flip chart showing each roofing layer they would install, to sending us product samples to select colors, and a photo gallery of drone and camera photos showing before, during, and after installation. Wesley explained every option and gave us ample time to decide. Their integrity shone through when their supplier mistakenly told them our shingles were not in yet, but they had already taken down the roof. As a quick response, they offered to upgrade our shingles at no extra cost. Luckily, the supplier rectified the mistake and our shingles were located, but that gesture demonstrated a standard of honesty and integrity that is sadly rare to see in the trades today. I would use D Masters Roofing for any new roof job, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality, and high integrity service.
