Every instructor and staff member at Dance Factory Fitness is so warm and welcoming! You can’t show up and not smile or sing your heart out. It’s an upbeat, judgement free environment. The studio itself is a vibe with a fun variety of classes! I have tried so many different workout memberships and I finally have found one I can call home. I look forward to every class and I am excited to now be a part of the Dance Factory Fitness family!
DFF truly has it all—community, childcare, and classes that make you excited to move. I joined in May 2025 and dove straight into dance cardio and choreo—I love both. What brought me here was the perfect mix of dance and childcare. As a parent, carving out time for fitness has been tough for five years; at DFF, I get to dance my heart out while my girls play and learn. One of my favorite perks is the family-friendly schedule: during my class, DFF offers kids’ dance options. I can send one child to hip hop, the other to childcare, and fully focus on a class for me. This year I’ve expanded into sculpt, barre, and strength—each one pushes you and leaves you proud of what your body can do. I’ve finally found a sustainable self‑care routine here, and my children are excited to come—and that’s the biggest win I could ask for.
FUN is the best word to describe everything about DFF! challenging workouts with the best instructors. They make you feel like you're at a party and never exercising. Every class is always upbeat, positive, and energetic. There is variety in the different classes they offer and you are guaranteed to leave in a great mood. The owner Jess has poured her heart into this place and it shows. I have followed her and many of her other instructors at various studios over the years and can safely say, nothing compares to Dance Factory. I personally have taken classes until 41 weeks pregnant and came out strong in my postpartum recovery. All ages, shapes, and sizes are welcomed here and they have created a community that gets you feeling awesome both physically and mentally.
Every single time I dance here I can't stop smiling. The energy and music combined with the fun instructors makes it my favorite workout. So grateful for Jess + team who have brought this fun workout to Cincinnati! Cannot recommend enough!
Jess and her team are amazing! Dance Factory has the best upbeat and energetic workouts in the city and trust me I have tried out several fitness studios since moving to Cincinnati in 2020. Dance Factory classes are the only workout class where time flies by and I am sad it is over. Every time I go, I know I will get a great workout and have a blast in the process. Jess's signature Dance Cardio class made me fall back in love with fitness and I would highly recommend to try it out, you won't be disappointed. On top of their great classes, Jess and her team have a new studio that is super spacious and colorful and their customer service team is very accommodating.
