This is my neighborhood car wash. They recently rebranded and up’d their customer service game. John checked me in and provided standout customer service! He was so helpful, walked me through my options and was professional and courteous. 5 stars to him and the new upgrades!
Outstanding Service – Ask for John! I had an excellent experience at this car wash, and a big part of that was thanks to John. From the moment we connected, he was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and didn’t rush through anything. John has that rare combination of great customer service and real attention to detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just getting the job done.
I suspect most of these favorable reviews are from when this wash was owned by "Rinse 'n' Ride" (whom I liked). It has been purchased by "Dash" (late summer or early fall 2025) and my experience today was less than satisfactory, suggesting more than the name has changed. I purchased the top wash at $20. My wife got the cheapest at $9. My wife's came with bugs and dirt. Mine came with tire shine - but apparently only on the two left tires. Brought this to their attention, they offered to send me through again. Uncertain how this would have any effect (how would it?) I agreed anyway. Zero change. Asked to speak to the manager. No manager on duty. Really? It's 78° and sunny on a Sunday - the place is as busy as can be - and no manager and a staff with no tools to solve problems but "wanna go through again"? If these guys owned a Chinese food restaurant, I think they wouldn't staff a cook on the evening of Christmas day, either. The young man I spoke to was polite and patient to his credit, but obviously not empowered (not his fault). I plan to go back and request a free replacement car wash on a day a manger is present, but if it's not better I think I'm done here.

Paid $20 for a wash, didn’t even get the bugs off. Now there’s tire shine all over my wheels and halfway down the side of my car. Just another big corporation that only knows how to market cleaning cars without actually cleaning them properly. Would not recommend
