David and his team are the best! He has helped me find an apartment in Brickell, Miami twice over the past 3 years. The process both times was wonderful both times. While searching for an apartment, David is very responsive and helpful when answering all questions around properties. He was detail oriented when assisting in finalizing the lease terms and gathering the necessary documentation to start a lease. During the walkthrough, David helped find any problems with the apartment to include in the lease that I probably would not have noticed myself. He gives insightful recommendations on lease terms and pricing.
