I was very pleased with the services this company provided. The Gentleman (Tom) was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and show me if I had any questions. It's so refreshing these days to find a business that takes time to do the job right and willing to back up their work.
It is very difficult to find a reliable and dependable plumber, especially when a crisis occurs. I experienced a slab leak resulting from the unexpected 2-day freeze in late January. After contacting 3 different well-known plumbing outfits, none of whom were able to identify and resolve the problem, I lucked out with Day & Night Plumbing. The owner, licensed master plumber Tom, is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and he was able to swiftly identify the problem. He quickly pinpointed exactly where the pin-hole leak was occurring, and at the precise location in the slab. No guesswork involved. He demonstrated the skillset of a highly experienced plumber and the expertise to repair the problem, addressing and mitigating any future problems. I truly wish I had called first Day & Night Plumbing instead of wasting time and money elsewhere. Mediocre plumbers are a dime a dozen, but plumber Tom is that rare find who does the job right the first time. The customer service is outstanding, including the friendly team of telephone receptionists, Amelia & Jamie. Furthermore, I appreciated not getting charged for the pressure test which other plumbers quoted me hundreds of dollars. The completed work was exceptional, no mess left behind. I will definitely be using Tom at Day & Night Plumbing for next year's bathroom remodel, plus all future work done at my premises. Good-bye to the sub-par work of Anchor Plumbing; hello Day & Night Plumbing! Grateful to discover a plumber I can count on. UPDATE: I have been extremely disappointed on how billing has been handled. I have reached out to the owner, Tom, but am still waiting to hear back from him directly! There appears to be a disconnect between him and the billing office. If not corrected soon, I will update my review to add further insight into the damage done to my bathtub and the unfortunate cost incurred for me to repair it!
Day and Night Plumbing deserves the 5 Star rating that got me to give them a try. Their same day service, knowledgeable technicians, very good pricing and excellent follow-up makes it easy for me to recommend them to friends and family.
To say that Day & Night Plumbing is amazing is a huge understatement! Tom came out fit me into his busy schedule to help with my issue.
