My 14‑year‑old son has been at Ace Boxing Club for a few months, and the change in him has been incredible. He wants to go every day and has really devoted himself. The structure and discipline have made a huge difference. He’s more respectful at home, and our relationship has improved since he started. He says "yes ma'am" and holds the door open for me. Coach Porter truly care about these kids and it shows. We are a real community, and everything is run by volunteers — many of them former students giving back. We’re grateful to be part of this club!
First and foremost, I would like to take this opportunity to wish Ace Boxing Club a very happy 66th anniversary. I am honored to have been a part of Ace Boxing Club for the last 17 years. This gym is more than just a place to train—it’s a family, a sanctuary, and a proving ground. The knowledge, discipline, and respect passed down within these walls have shaped not only better fighters, but better people. From the coaches to the members, past and present, Ace Boxing Club carries a legacy built on hard work, consistency, and heart. The Ace boxing club has presented me with a very special opportunity, Mr.Porter is a very down to earth and focus driven instructor, he is able to understand where his students struggle and properly demonstrate how to overcome their downsides. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn how to have discipline and experience through the sport of amateur boxing to come to Ace club and explore how it can help improve your life!
“I want to thank Mr. Porter for allowing me to be a member of his boxing gym aka my new home away from home. When I first arrived, I thought it was closed and loss faith because this was the last gym on my list and I really wanted to attend. By the stroke of luck, another member stopped me to exchange stories. When Porter came to unlock the door I knew this was where I was meant to be.
