Hello, my name is Blanca Guzman. I went in on Monday the 15th and purchase two bedroom sets with KAREN and approval by Juan over the weekend. I had an accident in California and called Karen to cancel the order. I had not yet received the merchandise. KAREN assured me that the bedroom sets would be canceled as it was not delivered yet today I log into my Acima account and it shows that it was activated. Please cancel this immediately as I never received the merchandise and called the store to cancel. Please call me back as soon as possible at confirm that this order has indeed been canceled. Thank you. This was at 35th and Union Hills

Anahy was great with us. She was very attentive and helped us pick and choose our couch. She even stayed past closing. We had our couch delivered a few days later. Thank you.

Just want to say thank you to sales man Ariel. He still learning English but he understood me when I said I never been in a store before. He helped finance me and get me going. He made sure I was happy with a replacement if one isn't in stock. I was able to get a bunk bed and some couches. He was very clear about my financial assistance. Thank you so much Del Sol!!! I'll definitely be back for more furniture.
