I was charged $400 to have a crown cemented back on. I had saved the crown. Took all of 2 minutes. I’m now looking for a dentist office that won’t nickel and dime someone. Had an issue with someone at front desk get spicy with me.
As an avid dentist hater - this is the only place I will show up to. Other places may have flashy furniture, TVs in the ceiling, branded swag bags, etc. but I don’t care about any of that. I want a gentle hygienist who meets my crippling anxiety with grace, and that’s exactly what Tristen does. I’ve been going here for years now and have never felt like they pushed services on me or dismissed my concerns. Just genuine people caring about your health, wellness, and teeth! Thankful for this crew.
I really appreciated their method of explaining a plan and not trying to "oversell" work. They made a reasonable plan and walked through insurance and how best to utilize my dollars. Really glad I went to them! Appreciate the friendliness of everyone!
