I worked with Lucinda for my 2024 taxes and I have never felt so at ease. She explained the process every step of the way and also assisted me after tax season with some additional questions I had. She has been nothing but personable, professional, and is just an absolute joy to work with. Everyone in the office was also just as professional and kind. I had a great time chatting with everyone while Lucinda did an incredible job crunching numbers. Highly recommend. I will be going back for the 2025 tax season and beyond. Make an appointment! I had used Denver Tax Group for over a decade. they did my personal and helped file my 501c3. in 2024 they lost my business and trust. I asked them to file another 501c3. With no communication they never filed the document. The only reason I knew they didn't file is because 8 months later I was at their office getting my taxes done and asked if they had heard anything from IRS on the status of this filing. Chad's response "Oh I didn't file it was too much work" and then just continued on about his day. I had called their office in Sept/Oct of 2024 the office assistant had assured me over the phone that things had been filed. She lied to or.he didn't communicate with her either. Do Not use this company their lack of respect decency and communication is worse than the DMV. Because of this lack of communication my business has lost $10,000+ in investments.

I’ve been coming to Chad for at least 8 years now for my taxes with my husband and for any questions I had with my business, it’s really helped with the anxiety of tax season and he’s helped me be more prepared over the years. I always enjoy my time doing taxes, which is not something you’d expect doing taxes. Chad is such a calm and collected person, funny and well informed. Thanks for making something not fun as enjoyable as you can possibly make it.
