Seamless and stress free cross-state moving experience from the Bay Area to LA. Consummate professionalism from first call to moving day. We spent a couple weeks sorting out our move details before settling on Dependable Movers. Their sales rep, Islam, was courteous, transparent and helpful with our needs and constraints around the move. Their move supervisor, Rusty, led a professional team of movers that used excellent discretion while packing, moving our belongings, checking in with me when necessary. Will definitely keep this company in mind for my next move, great team and work!
Yelaman, Temirlan , Aziz , Mukha , Arsen , Zhanai , Buian , Zhanat were all fantastic. Everything was smooth from the first minute when we walked through my house and talked about where everything would go in my new house. From that point, everyone was extremely efficient and very respectful. They laid down pads throughout the house to not track dirt and were extra careful with more sensitive items. Once we got to the new house, we talked through each room so they could coordinate all of the boxes going to the correct room. Everything made it without any damage in very quick time. Of the many times I have moved, this was the best experience I have had by far.
Hi! Thank you so much guys! Tim, Suleyman, Sergio, Nick helped us move. The office team and coordinators really made communication smooth as well. This is honestly the smoothest move I’ve done so far. They were attentive to my concerns about keeping our carpet clean, paid attention to our layout we wanted in the new place, and handled everything with care. They brought every kind of supply we needed to pack and protect. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash supplies we personally used too. I’m honestly really happy with the results, they did their best and were focused on making it quick and easy. The guys were polite and friendly. I really appreciate how adjustable they were as well. We made a lot of changes and they handled it with ease. I will most likely use them again for future moves. Thank you guys a lot!
We had a pretty epic move after Living in a two bedroom apartment for the past 15 years moving out was definitely an undertaking and Dependable Movers were up to the job. The two day move was scoped and communicated all the way through the team was respectful, kind fast and careful. They were a pleasure to have around knowing that they view. Every move is an opportunity to find a repeat customer, not that I’m planning on moving anytime soon, but I will recommend them to anyone that asks. Five stars!
We recently moved from CA to WA and commissioned Dependable Movers for our first interstate move over 800 miles away, with storage of our belongings in their warehouse for 2 wks before we take possession of them. We were very impressed with the organization of the 2 crews that we worked with. It was a great experience and we are simply impressed by the energy and focus of everyone that took part in the moving process! The interim storage option was a wonderful one as it gave us the peace of mind that our belongings were under good care and we did not have to find a separate storage option on our own. We were unsure what the experience and journey would be like, since we were packing up a 4 bedroom house full of large pieces of furniture, hundreds of boxes and bins full of personal items, all the backyard stuff, all the heavy tools for my husband’s man cave (aka garage), and, and our wine & liquor collection! It took two 26 ft trucks to fit everything we had!! It all worked out beautifully and we are super pleased with the decision to use Dependable Movers. The first crew that packed up our house and sent the items to the warehouse was captained by Etigil (AJ), a great leader of the crew and this took 2 days as the crew carefully and meticulously wrapped everything! We were quite amazed by how well packed and wrapped everything was! We are still unpacking the hundreds of boxes packed by the crew and continue to be impressed by their methods! The 2nd crew was captained by Ben and he led the 800+ mile drive to WA, that is a 12.5 hr drive if one drives it non-stop, not an easy trek by any means, and in the rain no less! One of the trucks broke down in Oregon and he had to switch trucks and unload and reload our stuff. What a journey it must have been! We are very pleased that Ben was there to make sure everything went smoothly, the crew was super efficient in unpacking and reassembling the furniture and moving all the boxes into the locations we requested them to be placed, sometimes we changed our minds and they would just move them again for us, great customer focus! All in all, all the crew members were very hard working, efficient, and super skillful with packing and unpacking everything!! Photos of my hubby with AJ & crew at packing; with Ben at unpacking.
