The staff were super friendly and Kacie, who did the procedure on me was super cool and very professional, definitely made the experience really smooth and fun at the same time. I felt well taken cared of.
Service was amazing! Raven did an Excellent job my skin feels so refreshed and glowing. Definitely returning for my hydro facial in a few weeks.
I want to give grace; because apparently the receptionist was not in. But this place was so unprofessional. My appointment was supposed to begin at 11:45. At 12:15 I had to ask one of the other service technicians for help. My woman come out five minutes before and weirdly lied telling me she was still mid service for someone else. The woman that I reached out to for help went back and told the woman that I said the service was late. She responded “I told her to come late” (i have no idea what she meant I had no time for this delay and wouldn’t have agreed to that). She was not kind about the time delay. She had a passive aggressive attitude about it. That being said when we got past this she did a fine service and was kind afterwards. I also was forced to be part of a weird argument between two other employees about the temperature. I am painfully shy and tried to avoid it but no one picked up my social cue to try and avoid this fight. Beyond that I’m used to a much higher end place. If you like enlightenment, skin spirit or a dermatologist med spa this will feel cheesy and cheap. The room had a rainforest cafe theme with no high end spa feel. The products for sale weren’t as great as other places. This really wasn’t for me. I recommend Enlightment or skin spirit instead for a similar price but better experience.
GUYS!!! Kacie is literally the BEST. I trust no one but she really takes care of her clients. I am 1000% satisfied with my services with her. Would recommend her to anyone that it interested in laser!! Much love to Kacie 🫶🏼
Kacie, is an exceptional Esthetician, she provided outstanding service. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she demonstrated great knowledge in her expertise. Throughout my consultation and service, she made me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable.
