Carmen was amazing. I actually had a massage with her years ago and remembered how much I loved her but that spot ended up closing a few weeks later and I thought I would never see her again so I was beyond excited when she was my masseuse yesterday. She is truly gifted and can tell exactly what your body needs and we’ll focus on that. Nicole gave me a hydrafacial after the Massage and she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my skin needed for my skin journey. Everyone else at the spa was extremely friendly and welcoming. Only other thing I can say is I went to the Hollywood location so parking wasn’t the easiest and I did need to call once I arrived to get a code to enter the door.
I had a lovely experience with Nicole. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve been struggling with my skin postpartum and she gave me some great recommendations. Also, Jared has magic hands. Definitely would recommend him for all your massage needs! Overall I had a great experience and will be returning.
Joseph is a very skilled masseus! Probably one of the best Swedish massages I’ve ever had. Very relaxing and he checked in often to ensure everything was going alright for me. It was nice to have a place to park in busy LA. The room itself was a little cold so at times I was focused on my goosebumps, but nothing a heated blanket couldn’t fix! Very professional spot and I plan to return for more services!
Tatiana was so incredibly kind. The location was very convenient, and parking was easy. It was clean and well-decorated. Tatiana performed a skin analysis and we proceeded with a radiance facial, along with a few other add-ons. I felt comfortable as she guided me through the steps. Afterward, my skin was glowing, had an even tone, and felt refreshed.
Finally I have found a spa and esthetician that I’m confident in. Tatiana was very educated about my acne prone skin. I was welcomed and felt Very comfortable at the spa. Best part I walked out feeling and looking Amazing. No pressure on upgrades and packages and products! I will definitely be back
