I had the spa equality treatment and my 5 year old Audi A5 came out looking like new outside and inside! Great attention to details, friendly staff, I highly recommend .
I've been to this car wash for years. It's still good, but it used to be even better. The biggest room for improvement is in details around cars at this point. They're still good, though. Only had to wait 20 minutes for a simple cleaning outside and inside. On a busy weekend morning, the wait can be 40 minutes. And that's just after entering the driveway for a few mètres.
My first experience a year ago was excellent. This is my second time. My appointment was at 9AM for an Essential Spa($230 price on your website) for my grey Durango. I came there on time. The nice guy infront said it may be finished approximately before 3PM. I came back at 3PM and then my car just came out from the manual car washing area. I spoke to the other guy incharge in detailing and he said it will be finished by 6PM. I'm not sure if turning ON the car for a long time is part of the drying process but you are wasting your customer's gas. I check the exterior, it's not even wiped properly with grease and hardened mud still on the car (i had to scratch it out myself). I think this will be my last time in your car wash. Your service quality is not worth it anymore for the price that your customers are paying but thank you for your staff's effort and for being nice. Will update review and stars once I get my car later. This is just an initial observation and will take photos after the service. Update: Increasing 2 stars for the effort, well-cleaned carpet (on almost all parts) and dashboard, and again for the friendly staff. When I took the car, the guy infront said "I did not say it will be finished by 3PM" but he totally said it to me in the morning. I would not be coming there by 3PM if he did not say it. I did not argue because I've got things to do and I need to go. They also forgot to wipe the back door (in the photo). Anyway, this review is just to make your service better in the future but I will not be coming back.
The staffs very friendly,and the workers are very nice,they are do great job.My car is very clean.
