First time I went they stole one of my job caps second time I went guy lets me in the parking lot for me to wait then when all the cars being serviced leave he comes over and tells me it’s to late I said the website say you close at 6 he proceeded to tell me I was to late
I really want to like this place however two times in a row I went for a tire mounting and a seperate rim leak repair. Both times I drove away and had vibration issues. I returned and they finally did the balance upon my insistence and the vibrations resolved. Why it's so difficult to actually do the final step and balance, I really don't understand. Keep your receipt so you can return if you have an issue. Then, they will finally balance it when you come back a second time.
Another rude company that does not answer the phone. I mean I’ve called five times you guys are making Detroit look bad. I advised you guys to hire more people to answer the phone!!!
Blew a front tire on my F150. Thankfully Detroit tire was right up the street. Marco treated me with the upmost respect . Balanced mounted and installed, $70.
Great service and quick too! Just stopped by without an appointment for a flat tire and took us in within 2 minutes even with other cars and fixed the problem! Originally went to Costco and costco said they couldnt fix it and wanted us to buy 4 new tires but they patched it. A+ 15 minutes max
