I have nothing but great things to say about his thorough explanations of certain situations that we were having to prepare for. Bee never ceases to amaze me. Every technician that we have had come to our home has always been very polite and professional. Our current technician is Bee. He is always here when he says he will arrive, does his job well and always locks the gate when he leaves. Great service every time!

Our Technician Trini Ramos is our lifetime hero! Over 3 years we have had cockroachs that 4 different pest control companys were unable to even get close to onky having very few to none found. Im not taking roaches running everywhere. Im trying to kill the household tenants that won't pay rent! My husband was even in management for well known pest control companies and even he cant control it. I have to say he has been blinded since those years so he can't visually see the issues. He just heard me scream 😱 when I saw them in my pantry. WELL THE GREAT NEWS IS THAT WITH THE LIFETIME EXPERIENCE OF THIS TOP "A" TECHNICIAN WHO TAKES HIS JOB VERY SERIOUSLY. TODAY WERE WERE ZERO % of seen live roaches! 3 long years. WHOMEVER READS THIS ATTACHED TO DEWEY PEST CONTROL, I PRAY YOU KNOW THE TREASURE YOU HAVE IN THIS MAN! You can see the years of crawling behind appliances and cabinets and tiny corners it is painful to me to see him walk. But I have never had an experience where my Technician did his job with great pride and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. My husband is blind and they both share that job experience and Trini spends a few minutes talking to Chris and acknowledging chrises frustration and shares what he just did on that visit so Chris knows. He has actually talked to me and shared a family story that didn't take him away from his job or taking to long. With the way he approaches his customers he is building a life time commitment to Dewey Pest Control! We are FOREVER BLESSED AND GREATFUL. What an inspiration he is to your company and his family and friends. Thank you for employing men and woman that go that extra mile. I am an ex customer service representative for Hewlett Packard and even won the honor of A Customer Service award. It is nice when you meet another person who GETS IT!! So many people think the attitude of THATS GOOD ENOUGH!! is acceptable. Well its NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Doing it right even when it takes a few months to reach our goals... What a wonderful feeling it was today to share this accomplishment. I could write a book about TRINI RAMOS, and I think I just did. Trinis experience and attitude got Dewey our business and our business will always stay with you! I hope other people try you! Our technician JJ has been with us for several years now and he is amazing! He is great at communicating and always shows up on time. It’s always a pleasure seeing him and catching up. 10/10 service!
