We just had DFW Fence Contractors finish putting in a rod iron on my Acre yard and my daughter and Son in law on their acre next door!!!! They did a great job completed on time!!! There salesman Tanner Hixon was great to work with and he took care of business!!! I highly recommend them for all your fencing needs!!!
Marcus at DFW Fence Contractor kept me updated at every stage via calls and texts. The crew was courteous, installed posts and panels quickly, and their bid beat other Fort Worth fence installers. The new fence adds such beauty to our backyard! Garrett, the salesman noticed our house's set-up and recommended that instead of a board-by-board we go with a horizontal fence. He was available for all my questions and the changes we made. The team that came out measured everything and did a neat and efficient job. Good follow-up by Rider and the office. We had to request that they come back by to remove some nails that were sticking out and adjust the picket on the gate. They followed up although I had to make two requests. I do have to say that they were available and responded quickly. Beautiful fence and solid experience overall.
We have used DFW twice over the last 10 years and have been very pleased with the service and their product. They are quick and responsive. We acquired bids from other companies and DFW Fence was not only competitive (cheaper in some cases) but their product and workmanship far exceeds their competitors.
The entire process was excellent. Marcus (the owner) is fantastic to work with. Communication is excellent. The guys that built the fence came and got us when they had a question on how we would prefer certain things done, instead of just doing it. They were also very professional and did a beautiful job on the fence. It completely transformed our back yard. Hopefully I will never need another fence, but if do, they will be who I call. Highly recommend.
