Absolutely impressed! Joseph went above and beyond my expectations. He explained what he saw and made recommendations without pressuring me. Greatly appreciated! The cost of the service was more than i budgeted for, but I didn't get sticker shock. Will definitely stay with D&H as long as Joseph is my tech. Really nice guy. I personally recommend him.
I called about a problem and the front desk scheduled me right away. The technician Jonathan was amazing, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He listened to understand what was happening and he went right to work and quickly found the problem. He found a replacement part and then picked it up, installed and tested and things were working again. The part and installation were under warranty and it was all taken care of. So in few a couple of hours after I called to report the problem I had the heater working again. 5 stars to D&H and Jonathan for a great 'get it done' effort. Yes I would recommend them to friends and family .
They just installed one of our cooling units this summer and we went to turn the heat on and it wasn’t working at first, but Tim Caho came over right away after we called our service provider Louise and same day. They came out and helped out. Super fast and super friendly really appreciate all of his help and knowledge she provided explaining what was going on. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs heating and cooling. Their expert at what they do and they know what they’re doing Giving fast and prompt service. They treat you like family and they’re always able to figure out what’s going on.
We had some follow up work done on the unit. Very pleased with the technician. He did a great job! Sorry if I have his name wrong...Ceril,?? Anyway, he is a fine gentleman with a truly great working knowledge!! 1 month later update.... if you are vacillating with the decision to purchase a mini split or not- DO IT! We couldn't be happier with the difference in comfort level this summer compared the previous years. We love it! Dillon and Jorge did an exceptional job installing a mini split in our home. They are true professionals with job knowledge and outstanding skill level. They kept us informed and asked pertinent questions along the way, taking great pride in their work. Left the work site in outstanding condition and made sure everything was perfect. They really paid attention to the details, no matter how small. We are exceptionally picky. They went above and beyond! GREAT JOB! Many thanks to Dillon and Jorge. Heather deserves many kudos for her expertise when quoting for the job. She is so easy to work with and also detail oriented. Answered all our questions until we decided to have D & H do the install. She even came to our house the day of install to be sure everything was going well. Dedicated and professional. We just spent 20,000 for an inverter unit to be installed and it is running backwards making a foul odor. The unit is also not level outside. They pretty much destroyed the ceiling in my bathroom as well. They hired a crane to remove my old unit, and the crane operator ask that I sign a no fault contract in case he cracked my driveway because the unit was too far for him to pick it from the road. After moving the unit closer to the gate it was found out that there was plenty of room for the unit to fit through the gate, so the $700 charge for the crane was a waste of my money. We called the 24 hour emergency line, and all we got was a computerized message system that says they will reach out to us the next business day or pay a $135 service fee. No stars so far. They remedied all of our concerns about the unit next day and the bathroom ceiling a couple days later. We have cold air now. Thanks for the quick response.
