Went in to have a very expensive, brand new watch sized only to have the screw head damaged and link scratched after being told by Ryan they size all kinds of watches all the time. He *assured* me everything would be fine. Ryan didn’t have the proper tools to work on my watch and proceeded anyway, downplayed the damage, and offered to have it “fixed” at another location. Michelle, the store director, was apologetic but unhelpful. Please be careful entrusting Diamond Cellar with your precious jewelry.
Stopped by for service on jewelry the weekend of 10-18-25. Our rep was very attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. We had additional questions about watches and the next rep who assisted us was also equally a pleasure to speak with. She was very knowledgeable and personable. We hope to do more business with them in the future and look forward to our jewelry work!
Diamond Cellar is Oklahoma’s premier establishment for fine jewelry and exquisite timepieces. My interests are primarily horological in nature, and my sales associate, Barrett, has gone above and beyond to provide me with all the Rolex sales expertise I could ever want. From trying out various pieces, registering interest, acquisition, and fitting, each experience has been first-rate. Barrett is always helpful and never tires of fielding my barrage of questions. The same can be said of Ryan, Diamond Cellar’s newest sales associate, who was eager to assist with servicing an old watch I recently brought in for repair. Ryan is a well-versed, horological enthusiast, and I very much look forward to working with him in the future. Michelle, the Sales Director, complements Barrett and Ryan’s salesmanship with warm professionalism and an earnest willingness to facilitate customers’ needs. Michelle makes an effort to greet me every time I’m in for a visit, and her sincere conversation is most refreshing. It’s the small things that mean the most. Diamond Cellar’s atmosphere is elegant and friendly, with no airs or pretension—a true standard for retail excellence! The store’s Administrative Director, Sasha, is mostly busy running things behind the scenes, but when spotted on the floor, she’s an absolute gem. I had a lovely chat with her today, and it made my watch purchasing experience all the more enjoyable. If you need a quality timepiece, jewelry for the Mrs., or any other variety of ornamental flair, head to Cherry Street for a first-class experience. With surging demands, acquiring a Rolex may require patience, but in the end, it’s well worth the wait! Thank you, DC crew!
I stopped in today to try on the Explorer II 42mm polar today, looked & felt amazing on my wrist. The staff were very knowledgeable and nice. They do not currently have any Rolex’s for men available at this time. I suggest you bring tacos to get on the list!
The experience I had at Bruce G. Weber was top notch. Michelle was a wonderful sales woman who took me at my word that I was going to drive 4.5 hours up to Tulsa to pick up an elusive Black Bay 58. The purchasing process was painless and Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. When the time comes to purchase another time piece, I will certainly be going back here. Editing this review after over a year has passed - This location has no interest in continuing a business relationship with customers after an initial sale. After following up a few times over the course of the year about a new time piece my emails are not replied to or acknowledged. I would probably take your business elsewhere if you’re interested in forming a long standing relationship with your jeweler.
