I honestly couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the outcome. Email correspondence was within minutes and had my car booked under 15 minutes. Paul made it quick, easy and painless. We first booked with him a couple of months ago, but thanks to bank delays, we didn’t get the car until recently. What an absolute pleasure it was to meet Paul and entrust him with the paint protection on my new car. Having never had paint protection on any of my previous cars, I needed to ask so many questions to get the information I needed to pull the trigger and get this done. Second new car entrusted to Paul at Diamond Detailing for ceramic coating. This time was my new little GR Yaris. Paul did a great job as usual, professional, hassle free and flexible to fit me in around the delivery from the dealer. Would definitely recommend and will be back again for sure.
