We truly cannot express how happy we were with Ray throughout the entire process of building an engagement ring for my fiancé. Her knowledge is truly next-level, and she took the time to guide us through every detail of the process. She was able to create exactly what my fiancé wanted while working within my budget. The process never once felt rushed or transactional. I could tell that she genuinely cared about what we wanted and cared just as much about the final result as we did. She’s a great communicator and was always entirely honest and transparent about pricing, timelines, and practical issues to consider with design and materials. She answered every question quickly and effectively along the way – including after working hours. She consistently over delivered – going above and beyond to get us the ring prior to Christmas, something we originally expected to be impossible. The ring exceeded our expectations in every way. We are beyond grateful for how amazing Ray was throughout the entire process and couldn’t recommend her more!
I cannot say enough good about this place, the staff, and of course the jewelry selection. I came back recently to have some repairs made to my engagement ring (previously purchased at this location). We were met by THE SWEETEST consultant, Nickie! She had all the solutions to my questions/concerns and was truly one of the most pleasant people to work with. The turn around time she was able to pull was insane and my set looks good as new! Nickie, you are the best! Thanks again!
Diamonds Direct has always had such an incredible selection of jewelry and diamonds, every time I’ve gone there. But, even outside and above that, sincerely, it means so much to me to receive the extraordinary level of customer service that Cindy at Diamonds Direct has consistently provided me. Top notch doesn’t even come close to describing it. She is so awesome and I wish there was more customer service like this in other businesses. It seems to me like it’s very rare these days. She has always gone out of her way for me and Ive been so grateful that she has always taken such great care of me, and has made my Diamonds Direct buying experiences extraordinary every time!
About a month ago my fiancé and I went in to request to a get a cleaning done - although I had to have it done in a few hours, which I didn’t think they would be able to do. Nickie McCarty & Dana Robinson made me feel so special, and reassured me my ring would be down before our event that night. Ever since then, I go back in for frequent ring cleaning, and it’s simply just so enjoyable there. No matter who you are helped by it always feels so genuine. My family also used diamonds direct (why we chose them) and continue to use this brand. They are great & will ask for their stuff each Christmas heheh!!💍🤍
The best experience ever!!! I got exactly what I wanted and how I imagined the ring would be, got it customized and got the best quality diamond I could ask for with an amazing price!!! A very legit store with great security is how you know and the workers OUTSTANDING specifically (Gina and Nickie!) Helped me out so much made everything work out perfectly, kept me updated and had it right in time for my special engagement on my anniversary! If I could do it all over again I would come straight to this place instead of anywhere else😇
