I highly recommend this electrical contractor. Tyler responded back to our request. He arrived on time on the desired date. Tyler was extremely professional and even took the time to give us a follow up call the same evening to make everything was satisfactory and working as it should. I will definitely be calling him for any of our future electrical needs.
We had a charging station installed. Tyler was extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Explained all aspects of the process and provided options for us to consider. Job was completed in a very timely manner. Great job!
My experience with DIFY started off a bit rocky, I had a scheduled service that ended up in a no show. They have been having issues with google messaging and that resulted in me not getting a notice. After this incident, I reached out to DIFY. They not only came out to resolved my issues at no cost, but Tyler was exceptional and made sure all of our electrical issues were fixed. Although, it started out rocky, I will definitely be using DIFY in the future! Tha
Tyler and his team were the only contractor to answer the phone on a weekend, after a big storm, when I had lost power in 95+ degree heat. He came out the very next day to assess the damage and did an extremely professional job on the repairs just two days later. He and his team were good communicators and I really can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical services.
Tyler ran a new line so we could switch our gas oven to electric, and he also added and moved some outlets for us. He was quick to respond, friendly, professional, and efficient. It was a seamless experience for us, and we would happily work with Dify again.
