I just wanted to share with everyone my experiences with Dirks. I started signing up for their monthly pass and in that time, I've experienced the falling poor customer service. * I've been over charged * closes in and weather below freezing - no proration or refund * they do not answer the phone * the kiosks fail constantly * bays closed about 25% of the time - maint issues I suspect * inquired about refunds or proration when washes are unavailable due to weather and they canceled my subscription * not worth your money, go to a competitor

You'll get a much better wash for the same money at Magic. Which is a shame, because I'd rather go here. It's much closer to my house. However, charging the same price for an obviously inferior wash doesn't add up.

Honestly, this is probably the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. The wait is always over 20 minutes, and every time I get my car washed, it’s still dirty afterward. It’s so frustrating because I pay for a membership, but half the time, I can’t even get the service I’m paying for. The worst part? There's zero cell signal while you're waiting, so you’re stuck with nothing to do for 20 minutes. It honestly feels like a scam at this point.

Paid fornthe platinum wash. Not sure how it missed one whole part of my truck... Not to mention all the streaking, but this whole section. Really?

I stopped by Dirks Car Wash in Greentree and was really impressed! They offer both touch free and soft cloth wash options, which is great depending on what you’re looking for. I decided to go with the touchless wash, and my truck came out looking spotless, clean and shiny. Super happy with how it turned out! Thanks!
