I had my first Brazilian wax with Brittney and she made sure to explain everything start to finish! Brittney is the SWEETEST and has the greatest vibe, she made all my nerves go away by immediately making conversation with me. We talked the entire service and I knew immediately that I would be rebooking with her before I left. You even get this cute aftercare/goodie bag after your first wax there. The lollipop was 10/10 lol. Thank you Brittney and thank you Dirty Bird
Dirty Bird is by far the best wax studio I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and kind upon entry, I always feel welcomed and comfortable while there. I have only seen Meghan for my wax services, so I cannot speak to an experience with others but Meghan is so amazing and without a doubt I would highly recommend everyone at the shop. If you haven’t booked here, you’re slippin’ book today! ☺️
When I moved back to Sacramento I was really nervous about finding a new waxing studio. The minute I walked into dirty bird they instantly made me feel welcome, asking me if I needed to use the bathroom and offering water. Let me tell you about my girl EVELYN WOW!! Thanks to her I feel so comfy going to get waxed, she’s so chill and has a calming presence while working quickly to get you in n out. She’s very knowledgeable about everything regarding the skin and personalized my experience based on my needs. I LOVE HER!! If you’re new to waxing and need someone that will make you feel comfortable and confident on the table it’s her!! Also they have the cutest bathroom with mints, wet wipes and it smells so good!! They also have trinkets to look at while you wait for your appointment or afterwards as a little reward. Dirty bird is that girl!! 🤏🏼
When my lady of 20 years retired, I was in a state of distress. In comes Dirty Bird and the lovely Meghan (owner). I forget who referred her/them to me, but I’m indebted. My eyebrows, which are very different (re: Asian and grow insanely fast and straight down) and require a little extra TLC and mostly a good trim every three weeks, needed the right person. And I found my new home in DB! From the most cutest and women-empowering aesthetic to the kind ladies/estheticians, this place is a waxing haven for Sacramento. Parking can be a pain, but if you can parallel park, you shouldn’t have a problem. One perk, is they have a free, shared library for customers! It’s the small touches that make it what it is and it all starts with the owners, Meghan, vision for this beautiful space. Visit the bathroom…I’ll let there be suspense for when you book your first appointment. From the warm welcome to the bottles of water and weekly beautiful fresh flowers, Dirty Bird is a waxing oasis with personality!
