I do not recommend you take your bike if it's older to this company I had some repairs needed to be done to my bike on the transmission side and I was told that everything was good to go to be careful and that my bike was rideable. I made it to the light down the street and crashed as soon as I tried making the turn my clutch failed to pull the clutch back and my bike pushed first gear and I crashed. I contacted the company and they stated that the cable was untouched but I have photo proof that the cable was moved from the outer part of the bike to inside the front end of the bike I showed this to the company and they still are denying liability. Total cost was over $2,000 and it wasn't done right
I have a 2004 Harley Road king i brought in for some issues i was having while shifting and a few other weird symptoms. Dirty Rancho fixed my issues without breaking my bank and they were very honest, friendly, and courteous. The owner even gave me a ride home and was very cool guy and great to chat with. Im back on the road and my RK is running flawless now. Highly recommend!
Be aware of these scammers !! Extremely Disappointed – No Warranty, Poor Service, High Processing I brought my motorcycle in for a flat tire, and it took three weeks for them to fix it — despite me calling every week for an update. When I finally got the bike back, the same tire went flat again the very next day after using again. When I called to report the issue , I was told they don’t offer any warranty on their work. I had paid $140 just for labor , which is incredibly high considering the problem wasn’t actually resolved. I’m shocked by the lack of accountability and customer service. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at the very least the work should be guaranteed for at least 30 days. I expected better, and I definitely won’t be coming back. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DONT GO WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE UPDATE OCTOBER 22ND, 2025 The SCAMMER OWNER had the nerve to reply claiming I never even brought my motorcycle to their shop. What a JOKE! He’s trying to protect his shady reputation by lying to everyone. I’m attaching photos and the receipt as PROOF that my bike was at their shop and that I paid them. I even have pictures of my motorcycle being “worked on” by these useless scammers. The agreed price was $120 — yet they charged me $140. Pure dishonesty from start to finish. This place is run by a rude, unprofessional, and completely dishonest SCAMMER. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did to me. Take your bike somewhere else before you regret it. SCAMMERS, BEWARE — I wish I could give ZERO STARS. I’m filing a claim and starting a lawsuit against them. I’ll keep everyone updated — this is just getting started.
Absolutely stellar shop! These folks breathe life into bikes—whether it’s a precision repair or a custom mod, they nail it with skill and style. Fast turnaround, fair pricing, and a crew that genuinely cares about getting you back on the road better than ever. My ride’s performance and look are next-level now. Highly recommend to any rider who wants quality work with zero hassle.
If you value your life, don't even think about customizing a motorcycle with these people. Ok, I'll make my story as short as possible. On May 14, 2023, I contacted the owner of this workshop, where they would customize my motorcycle, a 1993 Honda Nighthawk CB750, to turn it into a café racer. The concept and how it looked was beautiful. On November 6, my bike was ready and I took it to Dallas, where I live. The bike had problems with the front suspension, this error caused damage but it was minor, so I let it go, after a while, some poor welds broke on pieces that held the exhaust pipes to the frame, I reported it to Luciano, the owner of the shop, I just let him know and didn't complain rudely, he told me to take the bike to the shop, of course I didn't because it would be too expensive to transport the bike again from Dallas to Houston, I took it to a mechanic in Garland and he left everything perfect, the same one who fixed the front suspension, after that, this same mechanic who has been fixing all the bad jobs that were done to the bike adjusted the carburetors well, because the work they did was a disaster, they changed to high air flow filters without tuning the carburetors, not to mention the disastrous leaky welding on the exhaust pipe joints. I did nothing, I mean, I didn't complain, I just continued spending more money, money that would not have been necessary to spend if they had done a good job. The reason I'm telling you this? I had a motorcycle accident. Luckily, or whatever, nothing happened to me. The reason? Welding problems again. This time, the situation was more serious. The weld on the piece they welded to the base that holds the rear suspension broke. It was a total disaster. I was only going 45 miles and wasn't on the highway. I think that's what saved me, and that I acted quickly. This time, I reported the incident to Luciano, the shop owner, to complain. He brushed it off and left me hanging. $7,500 wasted, spending all that money and time to get such a poor result. They pretend they know best, and they're a disaster. If you value your life, don't even think about customizing a motorcycle with these people. Psdt:I just left you a video as proof of me leaving your workshop on my motorcycle.
