We are about 3 months out from our wedding and when I say all I mean ALL of our guests are still raving about how amazing the wedding was and most specifically, the music. I quote "the best music at any wedding we have ever been to". Hiring Discosapien and specifically DJ Max Kruse was the BEST decision we could have ever made. Our dance floor was packed the entire night and when we said we wanted a party, DJ Max heard the assignment loud and clear. We had a very clear vision of what we wanted and he took our preferences but also creative liberty when making song decisions. He was so present with the crowd and attune to what the people wanted without straying from our style one bit. If you are still looking for a DJ, you can stop your search here. 10/10, especially if you are looking for club style music but I am confident they would absolutely crush whatever music style you are envisioning. For those that care a lot about the professionalism and responsiveness, you will have no concerns with this company. Incredible response time and probably the easiest of all my vendors to work with. It was an epic night and we would relive it with Discosapien every time if we could.
We booked Discosapien for a bachelorette pool party, and it was AMAZING! He was incredibly flexible and worked with us last minute after another booking fell through—he absolutely saved the day! The music and vibe were so much fun, and I would 100% book him again in a heartbeat!
DJ Archie did an awesome job at our wedding in Estes Park! He took requests and was receptive to feedback. He also didn’t miss a beat with any of the reception timeline. Thanks so much for making our wedding flow flawlessly and for dropping some beats for the crowd 🙌🏼🕺🏼
Discosapien was the BEST decision we could have ever made for our wedding day. The music was perfectly curated for us and our style of music and there was never a dull moment. Rex did such an amazing job at blending our favorite music and our guests favorite music while creating a party atmosphere without it being very basic wedding songs that anyone could just play off of the phone. I searched high and low for the best DJs to perform at our wedding because music is one of the most important things, especially to my husband and I, and we were truly not disappointed!
My wife and I chose to use a Dj for our wedding at a private residence in Steamboat over the Summer after realizing that hiring a band was way more expensive than we had budgeted for. Enter Discosapien! We had researched multiple Dj companies in Colorado before pleasantly landing on Discosapien. Both my wife and I are big electronic and bass music fans, but also enjoy all other kinds of music including oldies, indie, and alternative that we wanted played at our wedding. We worked with Rex who was incredibly helpful and professional right from the initial email correspondence to the final song he played on our special day. Rex tailored a package for us that included premium sound, a photo booth, a light up dj booth, and dance floor lights to make the event a killer vibe - not to mention at a price that fit our budget perfectly. He was even kind enough to play the event for us on his Birthday of all days! I am soooo glad we picked a Dj instead of a full band for our wedding and that is because Discosapien and Rex exceeded our expectations in every single way. Our dance floor was completely packed the entire night and our friends still talk about how good the music and mashups were 3 months after our special day. If you are looking for a company that will play the exact music you are looking for and still have the ability to fill in the gaps like a professional dj would at a concert, then look no further. I cannot recommend this company and the experience we had with Rex enough to people living in Colorado. The fact that we hired these people is the reason our wedding was so much fun and will always be looked back on with fond memories. Thank you so much!
