Best moving experience EVER!! Super professional, courteous, and conscientious. Movers were cautious with all items. No banging stuff on door posts, walls, etc. Zero dents, scratches etc. They quickly handled business as soon as they arrived and I was able to relax because I could quickly tell they were the real deal. No need to micromanage these guys. Everyone should use them and tell others to do same. The value is greater than the price. Thanks Discount Movers. Dean the owner is a great guy to work with. Likable, high IQ, high EQ.
I had a wonderful experience with Discount Movers. I was able to book last-minute the night before my move. The movers were punctual, efficient, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my move seamless. I highly recommend them!
I hate to do this, but I have to since they don’t want to make things right as they informed us they would back in July! This company is moved from an apartment to our new home all went okay there.. All the damage you see in the photos happened during the unloading process of the move. I notice the damage areas few days later as we wasn’t living in the home right away… I spotted the gash in the wall & the damaged to the stairs first, then we went to grab our new TV only had 4 months to turn on and see the screen had been cracked (there’s sound no display). I called them immediately only for the boss to answer and ask was there any more damages to report and was like WOW we did that like yea you did I won’t be calling you if you all didn’t do it.. We bought the house so we have a report on what’s been damaged in the home and those pictured wasn’t included.. Moral of this review is no repairs have been done no compensation no apologies given, this company have yet to make things right with us, you try to support your own but they continue to give reason on why not to when it comes to making things right! I won’t be using or referring this company to anyone NEVER!!!!
Discount Movers responded very quickly on a last minute for college students. The team of three provided outstanding service. They worked diligently to move items from storage into their apartment. We were very pleased with the focus and dedication extended in this move. Highly recommend Discount Movers.
This is the best moving company I have ever used, Dean and his entire team were super professional. His crew are top notch. They work super hard and our professional. They are experience movers not just some guys moving furniture. I can’t say enough about the customer service. The day before the move Dean and his partner came to the house and literally wrapped in blanket every piece of furniture in the house to make sure things stay safe. From that moment, I felt confident that they were going to do everything possible to make sure not only did things get moved, but got moved safely. And the day before wrapping with the saran wrap and blankets was not something that we requested and it was included in the price. This is a top-notch company and the prices are great. This will definitely be our moving company from now on Thanks a lot Dean we really appreciate your service. Don & Sarah
