2280 S Havana St, Aurora, Colorado, is a Terrible location! They're NOT really a discount tire business! They use the phrase "Discount Tire" just to attract customers! They're NOT living up to their name! One year ago I bought all four of my tires new from a "Discount Tire" store in Denver, Colorado. One of the tires developed a slow leak. I went to "Discount Tire" at 2280 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80014, and asked them to give me a discount on four more new tires, and they refuse to give me a discount! To drive to Discount Tire, I had to fill the leaky tire with that white liquid "Fix-A-Flat". I had to use two cans of "Fix-A-Flat" to drive to discount tire, and then the tire was flat again at Discount Tire! The leaky tire was FULL of "Fix-A-Flat" white liquid and the tire still had a slow leak. Fix-A-Flat white liquid saturated the rim with that white liquid. I bought four more new tires from discount tire at 2280 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80014. I watched the Tire technician remove the old tires and installed the new ones. I asked the tire technician to please take some paper towels and wipe the rim clean of the white Fix-A-Flat liquid chemical before installing the new tire on that contiminated rim, and he refuse to wipe the Fix-A-Flat white chemical off the rim! He installed the new tire with all that white liquid chemical dripping in the new tire! I had to drive to Groove Toyota to have them remove the new tire just to wipe that white chemical off the interior tire and the rim. The new tire and the rim was still saturated with that white liquid Fix-A-Flat chemical! Groove Toyota wiped the Fix-A-Flat white chemical off the tire interior & rim. Those discount tire technicians & service representatives at 2280 S. Havana St, Aurora, Colorado, are so unfriendly and doesn't listen to the customers, they hate their work! The technician that worked on my car didn't even screw on the air refill cap tightly, on one of the tires, it was about to fall off! The prices at discount tire are HIGH, and they refuse to give you a discount, and the service is inferrior! My advice to Aurora, Colorado, community is to "do a Price Comparison and Quality FIRST at the other tire shops before going to Discount Tire!" Yusuf

Super happy with the service provided today. I was a walk-in at 4pm. I had a screw in one of my tires. They got straight to the point, no bullshits and no sales pitch and patch up and fix my tire right away. I was only there for 20 mins. I definitely recommend this location.

I came in to get a mount and balance for my new set of tires, and I had an amazing experience! Damon helped me from the very beginning super friendly, patient. He kept me updated, and when I came back the next day, everything was ready to go. The mechanic who helped load the wheels into my trunk was also really kind and went out of his way to help. I really appreciated how smooth and stress free the whole process was. Thank you to the team here for the great customer service! I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location.

Joshua at the service desk took the absolute best care of me after I smashed 3 of 4 tires in these wild Aurora streets. I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer for over 15 years, and the exceptional customer service I received today will keep me coming back for another 15.

I've got 2 big screw on my two rear tire. But they fix it today not more than 25 minute. What a Excellent job you guys doing. Great services on front desk.
