Getting new tires and alignment for my truck. They had to order my 🛞 and they didn't call me to let me know they had come in. Anyways, I got scheduled at 10:15 today and it's now 1:14 and still waiting! I was told it would take about an hour and 30 minutes. I understand the place seems very busy today, but they need to be more accurate with the time.
I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Discounters. I called ahead to ask if a tire patch/repair could be done, and I was told over the phone that the repair was free. When I arrived, I waited about 45 minutes, only to be told that the tire could not be repaired and that it had to be replaced. I was then offered a replacement tire at a very high price. I decided to get a second opinion and went to another tire shop. They inspected the tire and successfully repaired it without any issue. This felt like a waste of time and an attempt to upsell an unnecessary replacement. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
This is my go-to for tires. Great staff. Courteous & professional. I recommend setting up a profile via their website & schedule your appointments ahead of time. You'll be in and out faster. I trust these folks.
Very busy location but all the Associates who helped me were up front about wait times, courteous, thorough & professional. I have been a customer to Discount Tire for over 20 years. Their service is unmatched. Any tire issues they have always checked/ fixed for free even before I bought tires thru them. Very satisfied with their care.
I just want to say that Roderick from the Nolensville location, made our experience quick simple an easy. I do apologize for the delay on this review but I realized the survey came through the spam folder. Let me preface this by saying that son's car was long overdue for tires and our main concern was safety and long lasting tires as he drives to college. From the moment we step in, Roderick, was quick to assist us. He determine the type of tires that we were looking for made suggestions on what were the best tires and run comparisons between old tires and potential new ones. Once we were confident with our selection, Roderick set time expectations for the replacement and even suggested additional accessories that were needed as the pressure sensor for the tires that were already giving us issues and the windshield wipers. We later arrived back to find out his technicians already had completed the work and the car was ready to go. I few months had passed and all I can say is that Roderick and his team put their effort, soft skills and hard work and heavily focus on results. Thank you so much Roderick for you help. Carlos B.
