I called got a price of $305 to replace a tire everything included. I drive down to the store and they want to charge me $375. It wasn’t a mistake. This is total BS. They replaced those tires in my car before they had me in their system, they knew exactly what they were doing. So many needs to report him to whatever government organization handles this.
I stopped by Discount Tire with a customer’s car from the car wash I manage after a valve stem broke off the TPMS sensor. It was the day after Christmas and extremely busy, but the experience was outstanding. From check-in to finish, everything was smooth. Martin greeted me right away—great guy—and got me taken care of immediately. The customer service was top-notch, especially considering how busy they were. My wife and I have been coming to this location for over 15 years and have purchased all of our replacement tires here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Discount Tire. Best prices, best service—and they didn’t even charge for the repair. They just earned my next tire purchase too.
AMAZING service! I wanted to surprise my husband with new rims and tires for Christmas and Adam really helped me out getting everything ordered and shipped to store. The rest of the staff including Q and another gentleman also assisted me when I brought my husband’s truck in. This Discount Tire was quick, efficient, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you guys so much!! I’ll definitely be back for more services :)
Great experience at discount tire today. Had some new wheels I wanted put on and also needed new tires. Ordered some tires online, came in with no appointment 2 days later and they put my new tires on the new wheels, swapped TPMS, and bagged up the old wheels and tires and put them back in my car. Will always go to discount tire!
called yesterday they said they dont have tire in stock but will order them and them may come in that afternoon. Called later in the afternoon the guy was able to pull me up with the number and said they have not arrived yet. Called next day they have no clue who I was or record of the order. Was trying to give them business from Costco but guess going back to Costco UPDATE: Wow! I didn't think this issue would get resolved, but the team here really went above and beyond. My initial interaction was confusing—a different guy couldn't pull up my order and wrongly thought the tires weren't in. However, the situation was completely rectified when I reached out to Joe and, simultaneously, Dave (who took my original order) called me back! Dave quickly confirmed the tires were in, and I got an immediate appointment. The rest of the service was flawless. Victor, who checked me in, was super fast—nothing like the slow service I've dealt with at Costco tires. Best of all, I got the best price; it was even cheaper than the C's promotion with free installation. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, avoiding all the usual parking and crowds. Fantastic recovery and service!. They won me over for life.
