Gavin (and Kate) are so personable and genuine in their communication while both challenging and encouraging through your training session. Since this program stresses reaching peak muscle fatigue with each exercise, this afternoon s a max effectiveness workout but not an easy one so that type of communication from a trainer is essential. If you want results, give this workout program a try and personally discover your strength!
Had a really great workout that was specific to my goals, felt encouraged and pushed to reach my potential. Love that they ensure you have the correct form while using the machines and exercises and notice things about your form that you might not even be aware of. Highly recommend for quick 30 min workouts that help build muscle and targeted to each individual!
I’ve been doing strength training here for 6 months. 30 minutes twice! I have gained so much muscle strength and look forward to my workouts, even though they are hard!! Kate and Gavin are both wonderful exercise physiologist that will push you, cheer for you, and make sure you are lifting safely. Highly recommend!!
Always had bad experiences in the past with personal training, but I cannot say enough good things about Gavin and Kate! They are both amazing and extremely motivating. Hands down the best workout experience I’ve ever had! The 30-minute sessions, just twice a week, are so convenient and easy to fit into a busy schedule. Kate and Gavin and both AMAZING- very knowledgeable, motivating, and make you feel at ease. I never thought I’d actually look forward to working out, but that is truly the case at DS. I find myself telling everyone about it! Highly recommend.
