This company has a great customer service and solid quality work. David will assess and work with his team to ensure you get the service and repairs you need. He goes above and beyond to work with the Warranty company to get your claim covered accordingly. Ian is the service guy that did the service on my pool GCFI and Bathroom Light & Exhaust. He is very knowledgeable and professional.I’ll definitely would ask for them next time around.
Ian was able to troubleshoot my problem and get the job done quickly. He also explained what he was doing during the process. Will definitely be calling DLI again for future needs
Wasn’t expecting them to contact me on the same day lol. I almost missed their call. My techs name was Ian. He was very knowledgeable and fast as hell. Def thought he’d be here all day with all these electrical issues I had, but he wasn’t. In and out in about 30 to 45 minutes. Now all my outlets work and my dishwasher now runs a full cycle. Thanks Ian!!!
DLI contacted me quickly after my Home Depot purchase to set up installation at a reasonable price. I texted them as soon as my fan was delivered an tech arrived within a half hour. He did a great job on the installation. I received a followup call from David today to make i was happy with the installation and to ask if I would provide a review. I'm very pleased with the entire process. I would use DLI again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Had a great experience with DLI Electric. Ian did a great job troubleshooting the wiring in my ceiling fan. I did a quick google search and saw they had great reviews and called and received support immediately. Will definitely use them in the future. Also, as a realtor I will recommend them to my clients.
