have been a customer for over two years. The first year I paid for a year straight after that contract came up. I renewed and paid for another year. - I was clear from the beginning, but I did not wish to be under contract so I paid in advanced. I had Dawson come by and continue charging me and then ready to take me to collections without ever informing me the year was that. I find that incredibly dishonest - Do not charge me for Services I did not agree to Buy a contract I asked not to be a part of from the very beginning, which is why you were record show. I paid a year in advance each time that was to avoid and not be in a contract.
My husband and I have been with Dodson for at least ten years. For as long as I can remember, Dennis has been our technician. The pest preventatives, time periods, punctuality, professionalism and costs from Dennis and Dodson have been amazing!
Keith W Johns did his scheduled pest-preventive applications, and while he was here did an extra - a bedbug inspection. When we learned we had not inspected an area that had been complained about, he returned the same day for the additional work. Keith has shown himself to be knowledgeable, conscientious, personable, and professional in his dealings with us..
Rhonney is the greatest of our home service providers. He always answers questions I might have and gives helpful advice. We had a problem during the Fall and he came and helped us out resolving the situation and said he could return if the situation arises again.
Rhonney Jacobs has been our service provider since Feb. 2020. He is not just a service person that comes to our home monthly. He is part of our family. He is a wonderful man and does an excellent job every time he comes to the house. He also makes sure that he takes care of my house before he goes on vacation, because I had a very poor experience with his substitute one year.
